Welcome to the Immigration Technical Assistance Center (ITAC). ITAC is a searchable online library of resources for advocates who engage in immigrant rights movement building and litigation. We welcome immigration law practitioners, community organizations, and government supporters to use ITAC as a source for reference materials on technical legal issues, zealous and person-centered lawyering, policy and budget campaigns, race equity, and immigrant rights advocacy.

On ITAC, you can find videos and written materials created or commissioned by the Vera Institute of Justice (Vera). Many of these resources are publicly available, but some are only accessible to people with log-in accounts. If you are a member of a partner organization to Vera or otherwise engage in immigrant rights litigation and advocacy, you may request a log-in account to see the full range of resources.

We welcome any feedback and questions about ITAC. Please fill out this form to share your thoughts.

If you are an immigration law practitioner who is particularly interested in resources and templates related to petitions for habeas corpus, please submit your information to request access to a separate repository of specialized habeas materials.
